It's Marco Pierre White Week on MasterChef Australia. The contestants have 75 minutes to create a dish from Marco's mystery box of ingredients with rewards and hazards for the top and bottom three.

Day four of Heston Week. Contestants must use ancient recipes and give them a modern twist.

The top 24 contestants enter the kitchen for their first mystery box challenge to create a dish with ingredients chosen by 2015 MasterChef Australia winner, Billie McKay.

Contestants are put in teams for the Gourmet Cinema challenge. They must cater for 165 cinemagoers at a very special cinema event - the screening of MasterChef Australia's Greatest Hits.

The top four contestants cook-off for immunity. The winner must then try and out-cook guest chef Victor Liong from Lee Ho Fook.
