The cooks are split into teams for a tricky challenge that will test their ability to work together, as they try to create an edible art installation in under seven hours.

The top three contestants must create two courses for 20 guests to see who will reach the grand finale.

Internationally renowned celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal takes the remaining 12 contestants on a journey through country Victoria. They begin alongside the Murray River, heading towards Mornington as they create dishes to impress along the way.

An elimination pressure test to recreate a cake recipe by Andy Bowdy will farewell another contestant.

The participants must create a savoury meal in one hour, including the element of fire. Meanwhile, the two contestants who come last in the competition partake in a cooking challenge to escape elimination.

Guest judge Heston Blumenthal takes the team to Mildura where they cook in a very special location. The theme of the challenge is inspired by elements of the Earth, with the chance to avoid the end of week elimination.
