JD deals with losing his apartment and his girlfriend while suffering from a condition that results in fainting or blackouts. Elliot and Turk debate who will take care of a resident, while a Croation doctor arrives at the hospital.

When Elliot's wild sorority sister pays her a visit, JD ends up feeling like a third wheel. Turk and Dr Cox disagree about the necessity of patient-requested surgery.

Private Dancer is ready to be released from Sacred Heart. Dr Cox tells Carla something she would rather not hear.

Dr Cox is overwhelmed with his mounting responsibility in his new role as the Chief of Medicine, so he reaches out to Dr Kelso for his friendship and advice.
