Howard Morrison

Sir Howard Andrew Clive Morrison, is a British lawyer who was a judge of the International Criminal Court from 2012 to 2021 and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia from 2009 to 2016. He is currently a UK advisor on war crimes to the Ukrainian Prosecutor General.
