Jennifer Podemski

Jennifer Podemski was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Podemski began her acting career appearing mainly in films, such as the Ryan Black dramatic adaptation "Dance Me Outside" (1995), the fantastical comedy "Bogus" (1996) with Whoopi Goldberg and the comedy "Fish Tale Soup" (1996) with Kathleen Laskey. She also was featured in the miniseries "Conspiracy of Silence" (1991-92). She additionally landed roles in the TV movies "The Diviners" (Canadian Broadcasting Company (CBC), 1992-93) and "... First Do No Harm" (ABC, 1996-97). She also appeared in the TV special "Standing in the Light" (HBO, 1999-2000). She also starred in the TV movies "John Sandford's Mind Prey" (1998-99), "Criminal Instinct: The Wandering Soul Murders" (Lifetime, 2000-01) and "The Lost Child" (CBS, 2000-01). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye" (ION Television Network, 2002-05). Podemski took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in the Rosamund Pike dramatic adaptation "Fugitive Pieces" (2008), the Michelle Williams dramedy "Take this Waltz" (2012) and "Empire of Dirt" (2013). She also appeared in the Benicio Del Toro dramatic adaptation "Jimmy P." (2014). She held additional roles in television including a part on "Wild Card" (Lifetime, 2002-04). Most recently, Podemski acted in "Fire Song" (2016).
