The chefs join Tom Colicchio on a shrimping trip. The contestants must create a whimsical brunch for the famed Charleston Hat Ladies in the elimination round.

Contestants must create dishes with only ancient Mayan ingredients in honour of the traditional Mayan cooking. Unable to use electrical kitchen tools, contestants must battle against new conditions to avoid elimination.

This round's results prove to be interesting as each judge selects their own challenge based on real-world obstacles.
