Monique Fowler

Detectives Lupo and Bernard investigate the murder of a young veteran who is found dead in a parking garage. They discover that the murder is connected to a law professor who used to work for the Department of Justice.

An insurance executive who denied treatment to a dying girl is killed when her grieving father takes it upon himself to get revenge. The investigation is complicated by his position on both sides of the law.
