Barry seeks salvation in the desert. Jamal must come to terms with the loss of his brother, and, upon her return to America, Molly faces the reality of Barry's death and struggles to readjust to normal life.

A Bedouin family, bound by custom and hospitality, takes Barry in. Tariq's drastic military action leaves Jamal distraught, and Molly seeks help in navigating the Al-Fayeed family trust.

While Jamal is looking for Chinese military support, Barry stands up to the Caliphate. Sammy discovers that the Caliphate has kidnapped Abdul, and Amira wants Rami's help.
