The artists meet Pete Wentz at the Viper Room and are challenged to do painful tattoos on the ribs, however, one contestant's hopes in the competition are put in danger when their skin is unable to withstand the pain.

A flash challenge takes the remaining artists by surprise, before the final two go head-to-head in a fierce battle for the grand prize.

The pressure of the competition gets in Danny's head, pushing him to his limit. The artists are tasked with creating incredible Asian-inspired artwork.
