While teaching Meg to drive, Peter crashes into a satellite dish and knocks out the city's cable television; Stewie schemes to eradicate all vegetables.

Meg unknowingly attends a cult meeting on Stewie's first birthday, and the cult leader follows her home; Peter kidnaps a circus to entertain the guests for Stewie's birthday.

When Peter is placed under house arrest, he builds a basement bar so he can hang out with his friends, but Lois turns it into a singing venue; Stewie builds a time machine to get rid of teething pain.

Jealous when his family dotes on their heroic wheelchair-bound neighbour, Peter decides to foil a bank robbery to get their attention.

Chris is kicked out of the Scouts and Peter insists on travelling to the New York headquarters to get him back in. On the way, Lois picks up a gambling addiction at a reservation casino.
