Seeking answers, Tyrone turns to Evita and her Auntie Clarisse, a Voodoo priestess, for help; Detective O'Reilly closes in as Tandy goes on the run.

Tandy tries to find some answers in regards to the Roxxon cover-up; Tyrone makes an attempt to behave like a regular teenager; Detective O'Reilly investigates drug problems in the city.
