Yuta awakens and discovers he has amnesia, but soon finds a key to his identity when something calls to him from within an old computer; a monster attacks the city from out of nowhere, sweeping Yuta into a battle he didn't prepare for.

Yuta and his friends try to unravel the mystery of the city and everyone's loss of memories, but more questions arise when a mysterious samurai attempts to tamper with Gridman.

A new kaiju appears, posing a problem for Yuta and Gridman. Rikka and Utsumi wonder if their friend will end up dead, like the other students.

Rikka and Akane are invited on a group date, but things don't go to plan; Yuta plans to confess his feelings to Rikka.

The class heads out of the city for a field trip when a crisis hits, leaving them with no easy access to Junk.

Some unexpected encounters leave Yuta and the others in shock, and several attacks hunting Gridman leave Yuta in danger.
