Chef Tuzel was interested in culinary arts ever since he walked into his mother's kitchen, following impeccable and inescapable smell of good home cooking. His late mother saved recipes from Sultan's Imperial Kitchens and improved them with her unique skills. They say, talent is passed from one generation to other by genes and this is once again proven by Chef Tuzel's discerning plate.
