The Board

On his birthday, Zaki Baroud, the CEO of CDS Holding, receives a gift that alters his life. It is the last gift he'll ever receive from one of his closest confidants, May, his assistant.

May insists that Zaki submits his resignation to the board, threatening him that she will testify in court on Dana's behalf. Zaki unexpectedly responds by leaving the board responsible for appointing a new CEO.

When May is hired as Zaki's replacement, she encounters Rabeh Ifranji, one of the most influential board members. He demonstrates to her the significance of attaining the CEO position within such a vast corporation.

May, with help from Dana, embarks on the challenging mission of cleaning the holding of corruption. However, the team enlisted for this task proves inadequate; Rabeh Ifranji takes a bold new step toward the acquisition.

Upon learning about the sale of Al-Jawhara, Rabeh Ifranji becomes the target of an assassination; May's primary objective is to prevent the sale of Al-Jawhara; Dana investigates a harassment case with Rabeh Ifranji as a suspect.

The board manages to stop Rabeh Ifranji's acquisition plans; Rabeh stumbles upon new information, complicating May's mission further; Dana chooses to confront Rabeh regarding the allegations of sexual harassment levelled against him.
