Who Killed Our Daughter?

When their daughter Debanhi disappears, Mario and Dolores Escobar launch a search, but receive limited help from local law enforcement. As images of Debanhi's last hours emerge, the search captures the attention of politicians and the media.

Nearly two weeks after her disappearance, Debanhi's body is found in a motel cistern in an area that had already been searched four times. As media scrutiny and mass demonstrations increase, findings from the first autopsy reveal a pattern.

While a third autopsy is conducted, Mario demands the truth after finding discrepancies from the prosecutor's office; as the driver gives an interview detailing what happened in the car the night Debanhi disappeared, a new main suspect appears.

As further inconsistencies in the investigation are revealed, authorities fail to find those responsible for Debanhi's death; though Mario and Dolores are mourning, the pair hope for justice.
