In 2004, the fates of the passengers of Oceanic Flight 815 become increasingly intertwined: while James and Miles hunt for Sayid after the murder in the restaurant, the siblings meet Claire and Jack - with a little coaching.

Locke instructs Sawyer to go to Hydra Island, where the plane they are planning to leave with is located. Meanwhile, Kate is attacked by Claire in front of Sayid's eyes, but Locke manages to intervene.
