It’s Pressure Test time and after plating up the bottom three dishes in yesterday’s surprise Mystery Box challenge, three chefs must now cook for their spot in the Top 8.

Emelia gives the contestants her choux recipe and sets the challenge – this is a two round elimination where everyone must put their own spin on the choux pastry and can cook either sweet or savoury.
