Today, in teams of two, the Top 6 contestants must forage from the farm to pick an ingredient to feature in a course for diners at O.MY.

Using the Temple of Boom as inspiration today, the contestants must split into two teams to add a contemporary twist to Greek food.

It’s Pressure Test time and after plating up the bottom three dishes in yesterday’s surprise Mystery Box challenge, three chefs must now cook for their spot in the Top 8.

The Top 7 enter the kitchen to find that today’s Mystery Box is the MasterChef classic – the Everything Box, where contestants must cook a dish using all the ingredients in some way.
