CTU finds Tokarev's body butchered, and O'Brian begins to worry about Bauer, who attacks Logan's motorcade and manages to get to Logan without killing any security guards, forcing Logan out of his bulletproof limousine.

Bauer finds a video in the card showing Tokarev's involvement. He sends Tokarev's photo to Ricker, who identifies him and promises to help Bauer capture him. Bauer calls Reed and offers the evidence, arranging a meeting at a store.

With only a handful of hours remaining, Jack pursues Renee's killers. Meanwhile, the pivotal peace agreement is rocked by the arrival of undermining forces.

President Taylor is forced to solicit the services of disgraced former President Logan in her attempt to resuscitate the peace agreement. Meanwhile, an unprecedented emotional move by Jack Bauer triggers the unthinkable.
