Aurelien Cotentin begins his career in rap in the early 2000s, supported by his three friends, Skread, Ablaye and Gringe, and his little brother, Clément.

Orelsan must fend for himself in order to release his first album in 2006. The arrival of MySpace is a godsend, but he still needs to sign with a label.

Orelsan is on track to write an album in 2008, but none of his titles are radio-compatible. He decides to go on tour to win an audience, but an old song surfaces and triggers an outcry.

A year after the controversy, Orelsan has stopped making music in the public eye. He writes for other artists and collaborates on several projects. Eventually, Orelsan decides to make a second album.

After the success of `Le Chant des Sirènes', Orelsan decides to end his solo career and revive the Casseurs Flowters band founded with Gringe in the early 2000s.

After five years of the Casseurs Flowters, Orelsan wants to make a return with a new solo album. Orelsan closes a chapter on his post-teen years and becoming an adult.
