Erik, Ylva and Ani are budding Vikings, confident that they all have what it takes to succeed in the ruthless Vikingskøøl, but the road to graduation is long.

Annoyed by the pretentious Doomhild, Ylva throws out a challenge. Hammerson turns it into a shortboat race around storm-locked Sommerskys Isle. But in her determination to win, Ylva forgets a thing: being a captain is also about listening to your crew. Surely that seasick Erik is no much use, but Arni as the son of fishermen feels he could help! Ylva insists on a disastrous shortcut through the storm, and the Trio end up shipwrecked on the isle where they discover the endless storm is caused by two enlessly warring Storm Elementals.

Raised in the wild, Ylva is is still adjusting to life in ‘civilisation’. She feels she does not fit in Sinew’s new Diplomacy classes. Needing some alone time, she runs off into the forest, only to run into Vargir, a charming young outlaw. He’s quick to offer his friendship to a fellow ‘wild child’. But he is a schemer and a crook, trying to trick her into helping him kidnap Nanna, Garrick’s favourite goat. Garrick wants Eira to expel Ylva immediately, but Erik and Arni are given a chance to bring her back and clear her name.

Erik insists that he hasn’t caught the contagious Goat Flu that he in fact has caught... resulting in the whole Skool coming down with an illness that leaves them sneezing, bleating and craving vegetables. Someone has to bring back the cure: the spittle of a rare Albino Goat. Erik feels it should be his duty - but Ylva is chosen as the only healthy warrior left. Erik tags along on Ylva’s quest. His bleats and sneezes set off a small avalanche that annoys some Ice Trolls who start following Erik’s trail right back to Viking Skool!
