Frazer Bradshaw

Bradshaw's experience in both fields prepared him for his feature debut, "Everything Strange and New" (2010), a semi-narrative look at the bleak existence of a carpenter (Jerry McDaniel) who struggles with the erosion of his marriage, his sense of self and the expectations of modern society. The film's unique visual style and lyrical approach to storytelling made it a favorite on the festival circuit, and earned it the top prize at the 2009 Munich Film Festival. In 2010, it also received a nomination for Best First Feature from the Independent Spirit Awards.
