Law With Two Phases

Two police officers, B (Danny Lee) and Kit (Eddie Chen), have different personalities and handle cases in different ways. They have difficulties dealing with each other but eventually becomes friends. In one incident, B has accidentally shot a children to death and gotten suspended. Couple days before B is reinstated, Kit is shot dead on duty by a culprit. Both incidents bring tremendous emotional impact to B. He feels guilty and insecure that he never had before.
