In a region plagued by trafficking, nine major crime figures secretly meet under the aegis of a respected widow. Their pact ensures the balance of the territory, until one of them gets arrested. Impossible without betrayal, the traitor must be sitting at the table. These criminals, each unique in their own way, must unmask the snitch before they are all brought down, one by one.
