Albertina Carri

Albertina Carri is an Argentine filmmaker and writer who was part of the New Argentine Cinema movement. Her films have been screened at festivals including Cannes, Berlin, Toronto, Buenos Aires, Locarno, San Sebastian and Rotterdam. Throughout her career, she has explored noir fiction, documentary, pornography and drama, using techniques ranging from scratching to found footage, animation, documentary observation and erotica.
