Brad Bufanda

Growing up in California, Brad Bufanda's acting career was kickstarted when he was 11 years old in 1994. His first professional role was in the indie action film "Pocket Ninjas" (1994), before he started showing on television in commercials and small roles in shows like "Roseanne" (ABC 1988-1997), "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" (ABC 1992-97), and "Even Stevens" (Disney 2000-03). His first recurring role was in "Days of Our Lives" (NBC 1965-) in 2002, where he appeared in five episodes over the course of a year. That's when his career started to turn a corner and he had bigger parts, chiefly as recurring character Felix Toombs on "Veronica Mars" (UPN/The CW 2004-06). He was next a regular on "Co-Ed Confidential" (Cinemax 2007-2010), but after that, he faded from regular screen roles, with his notable late roles being "Dark Tourist" (2012) and "Garlic & Gunpowder" (2017). In November 2017, Bufanda committed suicide in Los Angeles at the age of 34.
