A new coach, a new sporting director and a new managing director are establishing a new order. Only after the appointments do they realise what a shadow the disastrous previous season cast over the club. Bartek Kapustka is trying to return to form after a serious injury.

The scouting department is working on strengthening Legia's squad. New players are joining the team: Rafal Augustyniak and Carlitos. Meanwhile, after nearly a decade, Legia will face their eternal rival Widzew, and that at the stadium in Łódź.

Legia face a painful defeat against one of the title contenders. The match against Miedzia Legnica, which was supposed to be the players' rehabilitation, starts with the fatal loss of two goals. Fortunately, the atmosphere in the group is taken care of by Paweł Wszołek.

The players and staff are back after the winter break. They are nine points behind the table leader, so there is no room for slacking off. The team is flying to a camp in Turkey to prepare for the spring round.

The time has come for the return matches. With Widzew and Rakov, Legia plays at their stadiums. Both matches are matches that Legia must win.

The games are entering a decisive phase. Despite the points loss, Legia still believe they can overtake Rakowo Częstochowa and win the league title. In the Polish Cup comes that long-awaited day: the grand final at the National Stadium.
