"Mad scientist Diomedes Casanova (Dolphy) loves his work too much that he neglects his love life. Now advancing in years, Omeng attempts to invent the fountain of youth. When he fails, Omeng blames God and turns to Satan who sends his henchman Satanasia. In spite of his guardian angel’s dissuasion, Omeng signs the contract which gives Satan the power to claim his soul after one year unless Omeng finds a woman who will love him with all her heart. Young Omeng now enjoys a number of beautiful women who are only after his wealth. With his time running out, Omeng meets Rosario (Azenith Briones), a lovely orphanage teacher who loves him sincerely. But Omeng thinks it is too late so he gives away all his wealth. "
