Terri Garber

The sultry and beautiful Terri Garber has come full circle in her acting career. She made her start in soap operas back in the early 1980s and now has a recurring role on "As the World Turns" on which she has appeared in over 100 episodes. She had a bit part in the daytime drama "Texas," a spin-off of "Another World," in 1983, and followed it up with two made-for-TV movies. In the interim she starred as a doctor opposite an orangutan in the short-lived political farce "Mr. Smith." Her big break came a year later when she was cast as the alluring yet manipulative southern belle, Ashton Main, in the Civil War mini-series "North and South." She would reprise that role twice more for the sequels in 1986 and 1994, respectively. Well recognized after the series, she landed a role as Leslie Carrington on Aaron Spelling's
