In 1993, in Genoa, Guillermo tore the ligaments in his wrist while trying to break up a fight and defend his father; the injury would mark the end of Guillermo’s professional tennis career. In 1994, Guillermo finds out that his tennis winnings have been drained from his account and that his own father defrauded him. In retirement, the ex-tennis player has a seizure, and upon accessing his medical records, he learns of a fatal health risk he played with throughout his entire career.
