S1, E1: Abril and Marcos are the heirs of their parent's apartment, which can't be sold. Since Abril refuses to rent it, Marcos tries to trick her with a false tenant. Night falls as they fight over an ornament belonging to Marcos' mother, which they end up breaking. They both insist on their irrevocable wish to live there.
