Sean McGinley

Sean McGinley was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. McGinley's earliest roles were in film, including the Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio period drama "Fools of Fortune" (1990), "The Field" (1990) and "The Family" (1994). He also appeared in "Circle of Friends" (1995), "Braveheart" (1995) with Mel Gibson and "Michael Collins" (1996). His film career continued throughout the nineties and the early 2000s in productions like the thriller "The Break" (1998) with Stephen Rea, the Stephen Rea dramatic adaptation "The Butcher Boy" (1998) and "The General" (1998) with Brendan Gleeson. He also appeared in the Stuart Townsend dramatic adaptation "Resurrection Man" (2000). In his more recent career, he continued to act in the Andrew Scott drama "Dead Bodies" (2003), the comedic drama "Man About Dog" (2004) with Allen Leech and the drama "Conspiracy of Silence" (2004) with Jonathan Forbes. He also appeared in "Freeze Frame" (2004) and the dramedy "On a Clear Day" (2006) with Peter Mullan. Most recently, McGinley acted on "The Fall" (Netflix, 2012-).
