Atrévete a soñar is a Mexican children's and teen comedy telenovela produced by Luis de Llano for Televisa, under license from Ideas del Sur. It premiered on El Canal de las Estrellas on 8 March 2009, becoming the first telenovela in Mexico to debut on a Sunday. Following its success, particularly among younger audiences, the series concluded on 7 March 2010, also a Sunday. The telenovela is an adaptation of the Argentine Patito Feo.

Un nuevo comienzo

Patito and Ana get ready to move in to the city and start a new life. Patito is in love with Mateo, a boy that she met by accident and now that she will travel to the city she is afraid that he does not remember her.

Un gran encuentro

Rodrigo meets Patito without imagining that she is his daughter. Rodrigo checks Patito for his arm rehabilitation and is surprised to learn that Ana is her mother.

Rodrigo questions Ana to find out if Patito is his daughter. Bianca asks Antonella to stop bothering Patito to avoid having problems with Rodrigo.

Rodrigo looks for a way to find out if Patito is his daughter. Antonella causes Patito to get lost in the city. Ana suffers after learning that Papito has disappeared.

Ana decides to get away from Rodrigo to avoid ruining her friendship with Bianca. Patito asks Rodrigo to help her find her father. Riche confesses to Roger the interest she feels for Patito.
