The Star Witness

S2, E3: Nick is taken aback when he discovers that prosecutor Nola Lyons has put his estranged mother on the witness list in Letitia Darling's trial for the murder of Nick's father, who was also Letitia's secret lover. Meanwhile, Jeremy surprises Nola with a private concert as they continue to keep their affair secret, and Patrick plans to clear his conscience about his wife's death, but Tripp dissuades him in a shocking way.
