S4, E6: Clark is drawn to the prison where Lionel is being held, and arrives in time to see Lionel attempting to stab Lex with a strange stone. Stepping in to save Lex, Clark grabs the stone from Lionel, causing them to switch bodies. Lionel quickly realises that his new body has super powers, and heads off to cause chaos in Smallville. Trapped in prison, Clark frantically tries to escape in time to save his friends and family.
