Fast-paced slapstick farce about a young boy who brings catastrophe into the household of the unsuspecting young couple who adopt him. The parents are initially drawn to the boy because of his bow tie, not realising that he wears it to emulate his hero, the `Bow-Tie Killer', and from that point their hopes for a sweet and loving child begin to fall apart.
