After FaceTiming with Phil and the rest of the family to help track her down, Claire quickly turns to online snooping which inevitably becomes disturbing real quick and everyone gets sucked into the online drama.

Christy is asked to perform questionable tasks for her boss.

Elliot is attracted to one of her patients, but he doesn't seem to notice. In a last ditch attempt, she chases after him when he gets discharged from the hospital and orders him to ask her out. Elsewhere, Turk and JD disagree over the treatment of one of JD's patients: Mr Hoffner has ulcerative colitis and JD wants him to continue a medical course of treatment with drugs while Turk wants to treat him with surgery.

While he's looking for stuff in the storm drain, Randy finds a badge Earl stole from a cop's shoe at the bowling alley. The gang had used it to get all sorts of free stuff, until Creepy Rodney stole it and started to abuse its power, but how will the cop react to Earl's list of all the bad things he's ever done?
