Philippe Lacheau hosts a competition series during which 10 comics are locked together for six hours to see who can keep a straight face while simultaneously trying to make their opponents laugh.

After four hours of play, Fred Testot surprises his opponents with the return of his Whimsy Jojo. Fred then goes all out with a crazy joker card. Vincent Dedienne does not stop challenging his good friend Camille Chamoux to offbeat improv duels.

It is the final hour of the competition, and one of the contestants tries to make a play with his dance-heavy musical joker card. Philippe Lacheau decides to apply the smile rule, and the pressure mounts for all the contestants.

After two hours, four contestants are at risk. Camille proposes a nature-themed joker, Alexandre makes caricatures of Vincent and Camille, and Philippe Lacheau adds excitement with a special bonus challenge.
