The BAU team begin to track a family in Alabama who are working together to abduct young women. The family travel from city to city leaving clues behind, but their route becomes increasingly difficult to follow.

Single mother Lorelai Gilmore struggles to raise her teenage daughter, Rory. In this series opener, Richard and his lawyer go to bat for Rory in court for her yacht incident, but the judge is tougher than expected.

Rory bumps into old flame Jess at her grandparents' house, which soon causes problems with Logan and Emily. Elsewhere, Luke sponsors a girls' soccer team, while Lorelai cares for her pet dog.
