A lightning strike transfers Clark's superpowers to a classmate, who begins to abuse his new abilities. Meanwhile, Lex thinks he has proof of Clark's superpowers.

Lex panics when the mansion is burgled by thieves who seem to be able to walk through walls, stealing evidence of his secret project, and Clark wonders if his father is right about Lex's trustworthiness.
