The legendary king of the casino in the Philippines confronts unfortunate events; after getting tangled in a murder case, he is now faced with the ultimate bet with his life on the line.

Casino Bar
Cha Moosik, who comes from an impoverished childhood, finds his life taking a turn when his hometown friend, Ahn Chiyoung, suggests they start a gambling business. Moosik acquires an old bar and begins his path into gambling.

Tax Bomb
Cha Moosik learns that the National Tax Service is cracking down on the casino bar. Ahn Chiyoung is captured, but Moosik flees to the Philippines. After arriving, Moosik loses all his money at a casino, and borrows money from Sanggu.

The Ten-Year Debt
Cha Moosik joins Min Seokjun and enters the casino business. He cleans up his tax issues, and meets with Kang Minjung to negotiate the reduction of additional fines. Moosik is instructed by Min Seokjun to collect bonds that are ten years overdue.
