Harley breaks from the Joker and tries to earn a seat at the biggest table in Gotham villainy: the Legion of the Doom.

Now that she has a crew, Harley needs a nemesis. Although she goes after Gotham's big fish Batman, she ends up with an adolescent Robin.

While trying to find a lair, Harley suffers a paralysing identity crisis. Using Dr Psycho's telepathic powers, the crew enter Harley's mind.

During a heist gone wrong - thanks to Harley's impetuousness - Clayface loses an arm, which turns out to be evidence to enterprising GCPD commissioner Jim Gordon and a key witness against Harley and her crew.
