Kamen Rider Black Sun

On an eclipse day, sacred stones are implanted in the bodies of Kotaro Minami and Nobuhiko Akizuki. Decades later, the world is divided between those who want to eliminate the kaijin, and those who want to live with them.

Prime Minister Shinichi Dounami exercises his power, lining his pockets on the backs of the kaijin, taking advantage of the needy and minorities. The Gorgom party sends an assassin to retrieve the Kingstone from Kotaro.

Aoi and Kotaro form a strange bond after the attack. For her part, Bilgenia, who has obtained enough evidence to overthrow the government, says nothing to Dounami. At the same time, the protest turns into a violent confrontation.

Nobuhiko and the kaijin he has gathered attempt to recreate the Gorgom of the past. An old friend visits him and informs him that Aoi has a Kingstone, so he visits Kotaro. Meanwhile, Aoi is happy to see her father, Hideo Kawamoto, again.

Kotaro remembers Yukari's words about eliminating the Creation King. Nobuhiko tells him that Aoi is in their hometown, which has become an experimental kaijin facility.

The three High Priests perform a ritual, but are rejected by the Creation King. Darom confronts Kotaro while Aoi and his friend Shunsuke Komatsu free the captured people and try to escape.
