The new partner, Mauricio, botches a routine operation. Julia visits Carmen, thinking she is an art gallery client.

But when the police arrive, Carmen kills herself. Meanwhile, Santiago has sex with former patient Adriana again. Also, patient Lulu wants surgery so she can look like her cat. And Mauricio again proves to be a poor doctor.
