High schooler Taiyo Asano retreats within his shell after his mother's death, avoiding everyone except his best friend Mutsumi Yozakura. Vice Principal Hirukawa reveals a shocking truth to Taiyo.

With the other siblings' help, Taiyo and Mutsumi overcome Kyoichiro's interference and become husband and wife. Waking up in his own room the next morning, Taiyo finds himself suddenly tied up by Kyoichiro.

Taiyo dreams that Mutsumi has been kidnapped because of his incompetence. Wishing to become stronger, he asks Futaba to give him a crash course. Futaba tells him that he must first live in the Yozakura mansion for a month.

Mutsumi finds out that Kengo submitted an incomplete report while completing some administrative tasks. When she asks him to resubmit it, Kengo makes up a stupid reason not to, and Mutsumi's tolerance runs out.

Hotokeyama arrests Taiyo and interrogates him about Mutsumi but lacks proof.

Ayaka transfers to Taiyo's class with the intention of killing her crush.
