Student Tadashi Inukai is bullied because of his bad luck in his love life. His best friend Tanuki helps him perform a strange ritual. The next day, the mysterious Izzy enters his life.

After Hachi stumbles upon the site of Izzy's first murder, he and Tanuki enlist the help of a mysterious graduate student, Arisa, to perform a ritual that will banish Izzy from her kingdom.

Izzy is injured during a fight with her former enemy Tenkai, and Hachi must find a way to save her. Inspector Inukai's investigation deepens and gets closer to his son's involvement in Izzy's murders.

Izzy's hunt for her next target takes her to Hachi University. Meanwhile, Inspector Inukai and Deputy Suzuki's investigation leads them to a group of business leaders involved in black magic.

While Hachi and Izzy look for a way to continue their mission without killing, Inspector Inukai and Sergeant Suzuki's investigation leads them to a network of underground tunnels, where they discover the body of a missing student.

Enraged, Izzy attacks her next target as Hachi rushes to the scene, desperate to stop her killing again. Meanwhile, Hachi's friends try to find the key to banishing Izzy.
