A mysterious Valentine's card for Katie sends Ralph's imagination into overdrive. It could be from the man who broke her heart. Meanwhile, Emma organises a Valentine's fundraiser.

When Ralph injures his foot, Katie is determined to `be a wife' and look after him. But she, Danny and Tom soon find out that looking after people can be harder than they thought.

All is not well between Katie's parents, and she worries that it might be her fault. Meanwhile, Ralph falls out with Brian when he decides to paint the couple's fence without asking them.
