Howard Hawks

Howard Hawks a fost un regizor, scenarist și producător de film american. Este cunoscut pentru filme precum Scarface, Bringing Up Baby, Only Angels Have Wings, His Girl Friday, Sergeant York, To Have and Have Not, The Big Sleep, Red River, The Thing from Another World, Monkey Business, Domnii preferă blondele și Rio Bravo. În 1942 a fost nominalizat la Premiul Oscar pentru cel mai bun regizor pentru Sergeant York, primind în 1975 Premiul Onorific Oscar.
