S4, E19: Monica and Rachel are tired of their new apartment. Ross, sporting an earring, wants Emily to stay as she prepares to leave again. Phoebe is wearing "santa" pants. Monica and Rachel try to bribe Joey and Chandler into giving up their apartment for Knicks tickets. They play high card for the apartment and tickets and Joey and Chandler win. Ross asks Emily to move in with him, but changes his mind and asks her to marry him. She says yes. While Joey and Chandler are at the Knicks game, Monica and Rachel switch the apartments. And when Ross and Emily tell the gang, Rachel tries to put on a happy face.
