S1, E1: A young investigator, Captain Yuri Zelenov, becomes witness to a businessman's, Letyagin, murder. Due to the confusion, Zelenov is suspected of the murder and is called for questioning. Someone tries to drown Sasha, Zelenov's girlfriend, Zelenov later learning that deputy Mitin was behind it. Antonov is set free from prison, but is immediately kidnapped.
