Crystal Scales is an American actress, singer, and rapper from Belews Creek, North Carolina. She voiced Libby Folfax on the television show The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and lent her voice to the André 3000 Cartoon Network series Class of 3000 as Tamika Jones. She also voiced Cleo Carter for the animated series Tutenstein.
